NCAA Coaching

Meg entered the NCAA Division 1 coaching world after graduating from Maryland in 2018. In her first season coaching at Dartmouth College, the Big Green secured the 2019 Ivy League Championship. Specializing in player development and offensive strategy, Meg helped Dartmouth’s offensive production explode. Dartmouth led the Ivy League in the four offensive statistical categories (Shots Per Game, Goals Per Game, Assists Per Game, Points Per Game) and ended the season in the top ten national statistical categories for Clearing Percentage, Draw Controls, and Scoring Offense.

In the summer of 2019, Meg was appointed Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Stanford. Her roles for the Cardinal included Offensive Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Camp Coordinator. Meg worked hard to bring the best and brightest student-athletes to Palo Alto, as she recruited the #2 and #1 nationally ranked recruiting classes to Stanford in 2020 and 2021 respectively. In 2021, Meg helped lead Stanford to an 11-1 Record, winning the Pac-12 Regular Season and Conference Championship for the first time in program history. With the help of Meg’s offensive expertise, Stanford ended the season at the top of the NCAA statistically for Assists Per Game (#2), Points Per Game (#4), Scoring Offense (#7), Win Percentage (#4), and Draw Control Percentage (#2).

Meg resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she currently serves as the Director of Women’s Lacrosse with the Utah Lynx Lacrosse Club and the Director of Women’s Lacrosse at The Waterford School.
